2012 Executive Board Election

January 20, 2012 - The new board of directors elected among themselves the new set of executive officers. The incoming president is Mr. Pascual Ang Tiak Toy. The other vice presidents have moved up the ranks with Mr. Mr. Dy Pue Le as executive vice president.  The new 4th vice president elected by the board is Mr. Victor Aquilino.

2012 Make up election

January 17, 2012 - The new board of elders met at the Philippine Kho Association to nominate and vote for additional 5 members of the board.

Members of the Philippine Kho Association nominated and voted for members of the board and the ballots were opened last January 8, 2012.  The top 52 votes are included in the new board of elders.  Eleven (11) additional members are automatically added to the board as representatives of the different hometown associations.
The additional 5 slots allows the board to get introduce new members into the group particularly for who did not make it to the count in the regular voting yet deserving members who can enhance the ranks of the board.

Kho Family Joins 2012 Swimming Competition

January 15, 2012 - The Grand Family Association held a swimming competition for members of the association at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.   Some 26 groups representing the different family associations joined the competition.

The Kho family had 12 swimmers who brought home 6 gold medals, 4 silver and 1 bronze.  In the overall team standing, the Kho Family Association placed 11th place with 178 points.

Notable from the Kho family is Valerie Tantuachut who garnered the award for the Most Outstanding Swimmer for the 7-8 years old Girls Division.

2012 Election Results

January 8, 2012 PHILIPPINE KHO ASSOCIATION - The ballot box for the 2012-2014 election of board of directors was opened today by members and officers of the Philippine Kho Association.  The ballot box contained 355 returns, among which 4 were invalid returns.

The 52 nominees with the most votes are among the next set of board of directors.  There are 4 top nominees getting 323 votes each.

Another meeting has been set for January 17 where the directors will elect among themselves the next set of officers for the following term.
